Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to high volume orders or postal service problems that are out of our control. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

To check status of your order: After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number included. You can check the status from your tracking number. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at asiakey0715@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line, and we will look into it for you.
